|a本研究主旨在瞭解教師成員政治技能對主管與部屬交換關係的影響，並採用問卷調查法，以國小教師為研究對象，以非隨機抽樣方法中的便利抽樣法取得樣本。本研究所發放的問卷數量為120份，經由確認與檢查內容的完整性，將填答不完整者之問卷列為無效問卷並予以刪除，最終有效問卷共為116份。本研究以迴歸分析進行研究假設之驗證，研究結果指出：成員政治技能對與主管互動頻率呈現正向關係；與主管互動頻率在成員政治技能和主管與部屬交換關係間，存在中介效果；關係衝突在與主管互動頻率和主管與部屬交換關係間存在干擾效果；這也表示著，關係衝突愈高，則與主管互動頻率和主管與部屬交換關係間之正向關係愈弱。|uThe purpose of the research was to study the influences of political skills to leader-member exchange (LMX). A non-random sampling technique was used to obtain the sample for the study. Sample respondents were collected from elementary school teachers. 120 questionnaires were sent out and 116 were returned. After deducting the incomplete response questionnaires, the valid returns were 116. Regression analysis was used to verify the hypotheses. The results of the study displayed that political skills are positively associated with interactive frequency. Interactive frequency mediates between political skills and LMX. Relationship conflict moderates the relationship between interactive frequency and LMX. The results revealed that the higher the level of relationship conflict, the weaker the relationship between interactive frequency and LMX.
