|a教師生涯是由一則則的教學故事所串連而成，故事由教師「自我」出發，揉合了自己、教師同儕和學生互動的教學歷程及生命經驗，在不同時空下和眼光位移中，促發自己明瞭教學的變與不變，也讓教師生涯故事愈發豐富。研究者自2010年起在國小擔任語文閱讀學習社群的領頭羊（召集人），因此，研究者採取敘事研究法，希冀能尋繹這個教師專業學習社群運作歷程中的成長軌跡，透過故事敘說和反思歷程來幫助自己找到教師定位，照見自己的內在想法。此外，在故事敘說的過程可以看見教師實踐智慧的力量，進一步藉以打開教學的視野，為教師專業成長找到下一步該走的方向。|uTeaching is like composing stories. My story records the teaching process and life experience involved with the interaction among colleagues, students and myself. From different time and angles, I see my change and unchanging in teaching at schools, which makes my career as a teacher being more interesting. The researcher has been a leading teacher in a language professional learning community at an elementary school in Taichung since 2010, thus, the study adopted the narration to understand the teaching development through the journey. From self description and reflection, I find my teacher position and inner thoughts. Besides, the narration helps me to know the power of teacher’s wisdom practicing and open my vision in teaching. It also leads me to the next step in teacher’s professional growth.
