|aA young boy sets out for Sullivan's Island to search for butterflies. Once there, he finds a gold bug and an old piece of paper on which is written a secret code. He then teams up with a mad old man and his mute servant to search for Captain Kidd's treasure. The threesome decipher the code and find the treasure after a terrifying hunt. But now they are faced with their own greed and the curse of Captain Kidd.
