|a有鑑於近年來環保意識的抬頭，組織企業對環境所產生的危害逐漸受到關注，因此需要透過提升組織對於環境保護的意識及改善組織的政策以達到永續經營。本研究採用社會交換理論為依據，旨在了解影響員工環保組織公民行為之因素，探討員工知覺組織支持、心理契約、組織承諾、工作滿意度與環保組織公民行為之間的影響。本研究以立意抽樣方式進行問卷調查研究，並以中部某大學觀光科系系友進行問卷的發放，以做為全台組織企業員工環保組織公民行為影響因素之探討，總共發放450份問卷，其有效問卷為409份，有效回收率為90.89%。資料分析方法採用驗證性因素分析及迴歸分析進行變項因果機制之分析。研究結果發現：(1)員工知覺組織對組織承諾與工作滿意度及環保組織公民行為具有正向關係；(2)員工組織承諾與工作滿意度對環保組織公民行為具有正向關係；(3)員工心理契約對知覺組織支持和組織承諾間不具正向干擾作用及員工心理契約對知覺組織支持和工作滿意度間不具正向干擾作用。本研究提出企業之環保公民行為策略之建議與後續研究方向，作為實務界與學術界之參考。|uAs public awareness of environment protection has risen, environmental hazard caused by organizational enterprises has caught more attention. In order to achieve sustainability, it is necessary to raise awareness of environmental protection and to make organizational change in corporation. Based on social exchange theory, this study aims to investigate how organizational citizenship behavior for the environment affect employee, and to explore the influence between employee perceived organizational support, psychological contract, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment. This study collected data through purposive sampling. Questionnaires were distributed to department of tourism in one of the universities in Taichung to represent how organizational citizenship behavior for the environment will affect employees in enterprises in Taiwan. There were 450 questionnaires distributed and the effective questionnaires are 409 pieces and response rate is 90.89%. Then, the validation factors and regression analysis is employed to analyze hypotheses. The result shows as the followings: (1)Perceived organizational support has a positive influence on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment; (2)Organizational commitment and job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior for the environment; (3)It is lack of correlation of psychological contract with employee perception organization support and organizational commitment. It also suggest that psychological contract does not necessarily correlate with employee perception organization support and job satisfaction. According to the results, Conclusions and suggestions brought up in this study could be referred for practice and scholar.
