|a近幾年許多國家的老年人口比例快速攀升，我國也於西元2016年施行第二次的長期照顧十年計劃，其希望能增加使用長期照顧的人數、擴大長期照顧服務範圍，並加強、落實在地老化。本研究依據長期照顧十年計劃2.0的政策，蒐集政府開放平台與各長期照顧相關資源的資訊，透過資料分析中的因素分析法(Factor Analysis Approach)與使用者偏好權重，將長期照顧相關的名詞定義轉換成數字，計算出較符合自身期望的推薦數值，再利用資料視覺化(Data Visualization)技術實作一個推薦系統(Recommender Systems)，期望以此整合型的推薦系統能讓政府機關更方便地做出長期照顧相關的決策，同時讓需求者更方便地找尋到自身想要的長照資源以及宣傳的效果。|uTaiwan government has executed the second phase of the long-term care plan since 2016. The objective of the long-term care plane is to increase the number of long-term care centers, so that the related localization service can be enhanced and expanded. Based on the second phase of long-term care plan issued by the government, first, we tried to collect the government open data and information regarding long-term care centers, such as the facilities of the long-term care centers, certificates hold by the long-term care centers, and so on. Second, we group all factors (consider criterion) that could affect users’ choice by using Factor Analysis Approach and preference weight defined by users. Finally, a recommendation system called enjoy life platform, which emphasizes user interaction and data visualization is designed and presented in this thesis. To prove the practicality of our proposed recommendation system, two kinds of questionnaires are also issued. The collected results confirm the proposed recommendation system provide a friendly visualization interface and make users more easy to review and select the long-term care center(s).
