|a本研究旨在探討臺中市國民中學教師運用獎懲策略對班級經營效能影響之研究，以臺中市國民中學教師為研究對象，採用分層立意抽樣的方式進行問卷調查，有效樣本共400份。所得資料以SPSS軟體進行描述統計、獨立樣本 t 考驗、 單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法，以驗證相關之研究假設。本研究的結果如下：一、國中教師經常使用正增強策略，負增強策略剛好在中間值，而懲罰與隔離策略則較少使用。二、國中教師的班級經營效能的程度屬於中上。三、國中教師運用獎懲策略會因教師的年齡、學歷、服務年資、學校規模而有所差異，但不因教師的性別而有所不同。四、國中教師班級經營效能會因教師的年齡、學歷、服務年資而有所差異，但不因教師的性別、學校規模而有所不同。五、國中教師運用正增強策略、負增強策略、隔離策略和整體班級經營效能具顯著正相關。六、國中教師運用正增強策略、負增強策略、隔離策略對整體班級經營效能具有預測作用。|uThe purpose of the study is to understand the effectiveness of junior high school teachers using the strategies of rewards and punishments for classroom management in Taichung City. The questionnaires were administered to 400 junior high school teachers in Taichung city using stratified purposive sampling. The results of survey were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product- moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results of the study are as follow:1. Junior high school teachers often use positive reinforcement strategies, negative reinforcement strategies happen to be in the middle, and punishments and isolation strategies are less used.2. Most of the junior high school teachers have good classroom management efficacy. 3. The use of rewards and punishments by junior high school teachers will vary depending on the age,academic qualifications, years of service, and the size of the school , but not because of the gender.4. The operating efficiency of junior high school teachers’ classrooms will vary depending on teachers’ age, academic qualifications and service age, but not because of the gender and the size of the school.5. There is a significant positive correlation between the use of positive reinforcement strategies, negative reinforcement strategies, segregation strategies, and overall class management effectiveness among junior high school teachers.6. The use of positive reinforcement strategies, negative reinforcement strategies, and isolation strategies by junior high school teachers has a predictive effect on the overall class performance.
