|a本研究旨在體育課進行練習時，將指標轉化為實作評量的規準，以加強體育教師在實作評量判斷的公平性及具體界定教學評量之成效。藉由體育課籃球評分規準之建立，讓體育課教師在進行評量時，能建立評分者的信度，使不同的評分者在評量不同的學生時表現的評分有一致性，也讓學生瞭解教師評分的標準。研究者採用德懷術探討如何建立國小體育課籃球單元評分尺規，以提供日後作為體育課教師上課的參考依據。本研究目的有二：（一）研擬國小體育課籃球單元評分規準之課程目標與知識概念；（二）規劃一套適切的國小體育課籃球單元之評分規準。經過實施三個回合的德懷術後，運用籃球技能「運球、傳球、投籃、定點投籃、進攻」的設計，建立「國民小學體育課籃球單元評分尺規」，此評分尺規可以提供國小教師日後實施體育教學與實作評量的參考依據。|uThe purpose of this study is to change curriculum guidelines into the standards of performance assessment during the students are practing in the physical education. This way is to enhance the fairness and delimit teaching effects. According to the rubrics in basketball units of physical education, the PE teacher can set the interrater reliability to lert different teachers have the same scores. The researcher adopts delphi technique to set up the rubruics in basketball units of physical education, and give others PE teachers the same scores. The purposes of the study are as follows: (一) to set up the learning goals and knowledge considerations in basketball units of physical education；(二) to plan the proper rubrics in basketball units of physical education. Using delphi technique and basketball skills, the researcher designs on Rubrics Development in Basketball Units of Physical Education in Elementary Schools. Hope this rubrics has faced and keep making progress.
