|a幼兒園的新生入學一直是幼教老師們最辛苦也最忙碌的時候，加上少子化的關係，在這段時間家長各有各自的需求，老師需要接受各種「個別化」的要求與配合，讓幼教師身心具疲。於是研究者透過小熊幼兒園新生入學方式的改變，讓家長在幼兒入園的前三天到校陪伴，並將這個改變的歷程中園方需要有多少準備、老師需要有多少調整，用敍事研究的方式加以記錄，希望藉此讓小熊幼兒園的老師們留下共同的回憶，也讓想做這樣改變的園所有所依據。|uThe preschool teachers has been hustling and bustling and takes the most effort when the new preschoolers enter the kindergarten. Plus the reason of the low birth rate, at this moment, each parent has their own needs, thus teachers are asked to accept individual requests and coordination. It makes the preschool teachers exhausted. Therefore, the changes of the entrance of the new preschoolers in the Bear’s Kindergarten is to let the parents accompany their child for three days before the school starts. Through these changes, the kindergarten will know how much preparation is needed, and the adjustments of the teachers. The researchers will be observing through the changes of the Bear’s Kindergarten and recording through narrative research. Hopefully, the teachers from Bear’s Kindergarten can retain beautiful memories together and the research given perfect reference for the other kindergartens which would like to make the same changes.
